Woodcrest Villa is a 136-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community with 359 apartments and 67 villas either existing or under construction. The Master Plan includes 464 apartments, 171 villas, and a wellness center. RGS Associates has worked with administrative and marketing personnel, as well as residents to determine the appropriate program, land planning, site and recreational details. Most recently, RGS helped to facilitate a resident meeting for the design of a 1-acre courtyard between apartments, and a second focus group to discuss site landscaping and site amenities for the Villa neighborhoods.
