Marsh Run is a proposed 300 acre continuing care retirement community. The master plan includes 192 independent living apartments, 339 cottages, 30 skilled care beds, 60 assisted living beds and a central core area containing dining, kitchen and other resident services. The campus also contains offices and a chapel for the Church of God Regional Conference. RGS Associates worked with administrative and marketing personnel, as well as a design build team to determine the appropriate programming, land planning, and site details.
