Garden Spot Village is a 108-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community which includes a Main Street/Village Center, Chapel, 102 full-care nursing beds, 65 assisted living beds, 21 dementia care beds, and 390 independent living units comprised of apartments, townhouses and cottages. RGS designed this long-range Master Plan as a blended community extension of the adjacent Borough of New Holland. Plans included the design of unique private gardens, accommodations for the New Holland community library expansion of the adjacent community memorial park and the integration of an on-site 3 acre centralized park. Recent expansions have integrated a 60,000 square foot medical/office complex developed through a partnership with a local hospital. RGS also negotiated and secured permits for a new 280,000 gallon-per-day municipal sewage treatment plant, pump station and 7,800 lineal foot sewer conveyance system to accommodate Garden Spot Village and surrounding Township growth.
