Fairmount Homes, Inc. is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with 120 nursing care beds, 18 independent living cottages, 20 apartments and 34 personal care rooms located in a low-rise apartment building. The apartments, nursing and personal care beds are surrounded by clusters of cottages situated in a campus setting. RGS Associates acquired the necessary rezoning, special exception, and land development approvals to allow construction of this facility.
RGS Associates provided the following services:

- Prepared land development and site construction drawings
- Administered local and state agency approvals
- Performed construction site observation
- Secured PennDOT approvals for site access, roadway improvements, and a pedestrian crossing
