This is a traditional neighborhood development, on 45 acres south of Rt. 23, east of Hornig Road, in East Lampeter Township. RGS Associates worked with Keystone Custom Homes and Design Collective to create an exciting traditional neighborhood. Dennis Gehringer and Kaplin Stewart were also involved with us to write the ordinance to permit this form of community development which was previously not provided for in East Lampeter Township.
