Stonecroft is located along Gurnsey Road in London Grove Township, Chester County. The site consists of 52 acres which has been designed as a cluster development with 33 homes. Over half of the site is retained in open space. This project is very unique in that so much open space is retained. The project also included detailed design of the riparian buffers and dealing with environmental issues such as wetlands crossings and bog turtle habitat protection.
