This single-family residential subdivision of a 126-acre property includes 203 homes on 1/6 to 1/3-acre lots. The layout utilizes a conditional use cluster option that better preserves the natural and physical features of the site. The design leaves approximately 35% of the development as open space that can be used for both passive and active recreation. Public infrastructure improvements associated with the project included the widening and realignment of an existing roadway, offsite storm water, sanitary sewer, domestic water improvements and integration of a public bike path connecting nearby and adjacent public parks.
