Village at Springbrook Farm
South Londonderry Township, Lebanon County, PAThe Village at Springbrook Farms is a 60.5 acre residential condominium community targeted to both entry level buyers as well as older adults looking to downsize to single story living. The community incorporates an extensive open space network with interconnected trails, a neighborhood clubhouse, and central community green. The project also involved extensive transportation planning to incorporate and secure funding assistance to build a future by-pass around the existing Village of Campbelltown. The site’s drainage limitations required the infiltration of stormwater runoff. An extensive system of porous pavement, rain gardens, infiltration swales and infiltration beds accomplished one of the first large scale applications of infiltration system design in a residential community in Pennsylvania.
