RGS Associates worked closely with the developer of this 49-acre site to create a unique community of 180 townhouses and approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space. A cluster style of design was employed to arrange buildings in neighborhoods that are linked to an open space trail network, recreational facilities, and the commercial core. Approximately 5 acres of open space were preserved at the north end of the site which will eventually connect to a future Lancaster County Greenway.
RGS Associates provided the following services:

- Water, sewer and storm water management utility design
- Project administration for PADOT roadway improvement and HOP plans
- Preparation of erosion an sedimentation control plans
