Bridgewater is located along Springwood Road in York Township, York County. The site consists of 160 acres and has been designed as the first Traditional Neighborhood Development in York County. This TND will contain 537 homes which range from single family detached housing to townhouses. Amenities on the site will include 64 acres of open space which includes a variety of parks, greens, and recreation facilities, a commercial center and a township greenway trail that will provide interconnections between this community and surrounding neighborhoods to the nearby municipal campus.  This project will also be using floodplain restoration and legacy sediment removal as a storm water management strategy to improve water quality, manage runoff and enhance the riparian corridors on the property.
