This is a traditional neighborhood development, on 60 acres North of Millport Road, in West Lampeter Township. RGS Associates worked with Keystone Custom Homes, Design Collective, and LandStudies to design this traditional neighborhood in a way that created many positive results, such as:
- Legacy sediment restoration and riparian buffer improvement along the stream.
- Creating soccer fields for the adjoining school and the township.
- Creating a township park.
- Creating an overall open space system.
- Providing for work force housing
