This project involved the addition of a 16,000 sq. ft. leisure pool facility and development of 196 new campsites.
RGS Associates provided the following services:
- Prepared and presented a special exception application to the Pequea Township Zoning Hearing Board to secure the right to expand an existing non-conforming use by greater than 50%
- Secured a waiver from the Lancaster County Planning Commission for the need to file a land development plan for the proposed 16,000 sq. ft. leisure pool facility
- Preparation of layout and grading plans
- Preparation of sedimentation and erosion control plans
- Preparation of land development plans including utility plan and stormwater management plans
- Coordination of a traffic study and highway improvement plans for the existing campsite entrance onto Millersville Road, including road widening and the introduction of a left-turn lane
