The Willow Valley Resort Farm Project consisted of the evaluation of an existing farm property located south of the Willow Valley Resort complex. RGS Associates worked with the client to develop multiple concept plans to create a “resort commercial” complex that would provide for multiple commercial development opportunities. The streetscape-style design sought to provide shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities for the guests of the resort in a unique environment of brick-lined streets, plazas and outdoor spaces.
