The site is located at the end of Richard Drive on Lots 33 and 34 of the Airport Industrial Park in Manheim Township.
This Final Land Development Plan proposes the construction of a 46,000 s.f. warehouse building that is Phase 1 of a 82,500 s.f. overall building development. The Phase 1 building includes three office spaces consistent with the I-1 zoning of the property. The site development plan included the layout of the building and site amenities to accommodate car parking, truck loading and maneuvering, and stormwater management facilities.
