This involved 14 acres north of the original Shoppes at Kissel Village. RGS and the client worked with the township to amend their comprehensive plan for this site to go from campus/industrial to commercial. We then processed the rezoning and followed that with processing the conditional use. We then prepared and submitted the site engineering/land development plans for the Target and a restaurant.
