This commercial project of a 32-acre property included development of 123,000 square feet of retail space and five pad sites. Public infrastructure improvements for this site included widening of Route 501, intersection improvements at Route 501, a traffic signal at Route 501 and development of a collector road network of over 4,000 feet to provide a bypass route around Route 501. This project represented a good example of meeting the developer's needs while addressing regional traffic issues.
