This project, located on Crosswinds Drive at the northeast corner of the intersection of Crosswinds Drive and Highlands Drive is for a 17,000 s.f. 3 story, 68 room hotel. The land development plan planned for an additional 3,200 s.f. (23 room) expansion. The hotel project was prepared in conjunction with a commercial subdivision plan for Buckhill Farm Partnership and utility infrastructure, including stormwater management basin design was within the larger subdivision project. This project was prepared for approval as DEP was initiating the NPDES Phase 2 permitting requirements and applied forebay and infiltration requirements.
