This project consists of a 77 room hotel on approximately 2 acres east of Route 896 just north of Route 30 in East Lampeter Township. Underground stone beds were proposed as the primary means of stormwater management rather than a conventional basin in order to maximize the site’s development area. This allowed for a greater number of rooms and associated parking to fully utilize this commercial property.

- Land development preparation, processing, and approvals
- Coordination of sub-consult services including survey, geology testing and sewer grinder pump design
