Covered Bridge Marketplace is a retail development consisting of 123,000 sq. ft. Target Center and
45,000 sq. ft. of additional retail on 28 acre parcel. The site also contained the existing historic Amish Farmstead which was retained and incorporated into the Marketplace. This project was designed to accomplish the retail development objectives while preserving the Amish Farmstead and natural floodplain areas on the site. Special architectural features were also used to enhance the presentation of the Marketplace. This project also required major traffic improvements, ordinance amendments, special exceptions and conditional use.
RGS played a major part of the overall project team who consisted of the client, architect, traffic engineer, surveyor, site contractor, attorney and realtor.

- Coordination with roadway design and PennDOT permitting
