This project involved a 136-acre property with an existing church and private school. RGS provided master planning services for a new 2,500-seat sanctuary, with classrooms and kitchen, as well as a gymnasium expansion for the existing school. The plans also include a linear park along an existing stream, ball fields, and a BMX track for the school.
