The land development plan for this 34-acre site involved a 114,000 sq. ft. church and school facility consisting of a 1,500-seat sanctuary, an 800-seat auditorium, classrooms, various recreation fields and courts, and a gymnasium. This project required a rezoning request to permit the construction of a church in this location.
