The land development plan for this 18-acre site involved a 200,000 sq. ft. church facility consisting of a 2,000-seat sanctuary, numerous educational wings and a multi-purpose fellowship hall and gymnasium. This project required a special exception for the proposed use in a residential district and a variance for building height.

- General permit to cross the wetlands with the proposed sewer line to service the new facility

- New parking facilities (1,000 cars)
- Walkways and landscaping
- Utility plans
- Site grading and layout plans
- Traffic study and report
- Acquisition of a special exception and building height variance
