Located on the City of Lebanon’s Mifflin Street between Spruce and N. 7th Streets, Mifflin Mills replaced a vacant industrial site with twenty new townhomes.  The local Housing Authority’s non-profit affiliate owns the Mifflin Mills community for a minimum of 15 years, and offers housing opportunities to moderately low income households.   The community’s award winning design and architectural style respect the character of the surrounding neighborhood.  As part of the design process, necessary waivers to several sections of the City’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance were obtained to create a new residential community that is in keeping with its unique neighborhood context.
