The redevelopment of 617 N. Prince Street enhanced a prominent Lancaster City’s corridor while providing office space to Excentia, a non-profit social service agency. This redevelopment project involved streetscape improvements, a façade restoration, and the adaptive re-use of a historic warehouse. This urban revitalization initiative intentionally places all parking and service functions to the side and rear of existing structures improving pedestrian access and streetscape cohesion. In accordance with the City’s green infrastructure initiatives, impervious coverage was reduced by approximately 960 square feet.
