The adaptive re-use of 512 North Market Street has transformed approximately 19,500 square feet of a dilapidated warehouse into office space and apartments while improving North Market Street and a small common alley. Central to the success of this effort was RGS designed Green Infrastructure including porous pavement, planting and an underground stormwater management system. These improvements have improve the aesthetic and environmental quality of life for tenants and neighboring property owners. The project team consisted of Oak Tree Development Group, Richard F. Mula Architects, and Heck Construction Company.
