RGS provided site planning services and secured design approvals for the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of an existing warehouse and retail space. The structure includes approximately 50,000 SF to accommodate 36 independent living apartments and approximately 11,500 SF of mixed-use commercial, retail, and professional office space as designed by LeFevre Funk Architects.

RGS designed 19 on-site parking spaces and green infrastructure improvements to reduce stormwater runoff entering Lancaster City’s combined sanitary sewer and stormwater collection system. The site design included porous asphalt paving, permeable clay pavers, a subsurface infiltration system, rooftop runoff collection, and tree plantings.
