This single-family residential subdivision, of a 126-acre property included 203 homes on 1/6 to 1/3-acre lots.  The layout utilizes a conditional use cluster option that better preserves the natural and physical features of the site.  The design leaves approximately 35% of the development as open space that can be used for both passive and active recreation.  Public infrastructure improvements associated with the project included the widening and realignment of an existing roadway, offsite storm water, sanitary sewer, and domestic water improvements.
