The Village at Springbrook Farms is a 60.5 acre residential condominium community targeted to both entry level buyers, as well as, older adults looking to downsize to single-story living.  The community features an extensive open space network with interconnected trails, a neighborhood clubhouse, and a central community green.  The project also involved extensive transportation planning to incorporate and secure funding assistance to build a future by-pass around the existing Village of Campbelltown.  The site’s drainage limitations required the infiltration of stormwater runoff.  A system of porous pavement, rain gardens, infiltration swales and infiltration beds accomplished one of the first large scale applications of infiltration system design in a residential community in Pennsylvania.
